Sales Agreement
This agreement is for the purchase of an American Pitbull Terrier Puppyor adult dog.
This is a binding contract and the buyer will adhere to this contract. If the buyer has any question he/she should
express them before the signing or finalizing of this contract. All sales are final unless otherwise noted by seller.

All deposits on puppies or adult dogs are half the price .This is not negotiable.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost plus Health Certificate and the cost of the crate to ship the puppy in. Each puppyor adult dog that is shipped does require a Health Certificate which has to be supplied by a Licensed Veterinarian within 10 days of shipping. All money is due before the puppy or adult dog will be shipped. You may make payments using money orders or Western Union & MoneyGram at Wal-Mart wire transfer.
Shipping your puppy or adult dog via Air Transport
If you are wanting your puppy or adult dog to be shipped to you via air transport. Please note that some air carriers do not allow any animals to be shipped at certain temperatures. It is there right to refuse to ship an animal because of the
climate or what the climate might be. We recommend trying to find different means of transportation for your new puppyor adult dog. We at StoneKutter Kennels will work with you however we can. Please note that the buyer will concur all cost of shipping and any other fees for this service. If you are insistent on having your puppy or adult dog shipped by air please supply us with the name of the nearest International Airport including the City and State.
